Hi, I'm Emi, and I founded Batchi! We are a premium cookie company based in Austin, Texas. I make every cookie with my two hands using high-quality ingredients and I work out of a commercial kitchen.

We drop a limited batch every Saturday at 11AM EST. Here's how it works:

Shipping: We ship nationwide with shipping already baked in the price. Orders are baked fresh and typically ship by Monday and arrive within 3-5 days. Cookies stay fresh for up to 7 days from the ship date. Sealed cookies also last up to 2 months frozen.

Local Pickup: Austin locals can choose local pickup at checkout for days when we do a local pop-up! Details on pop-ups will be on the Batchi Instagram

Our Cookie Policy

Every batch we bake is made fresh, by hand, just for your order. Because of that, once it ships, we treat that sale as final. We're working with a perishable, made-to-order cookies, so we're not able to offer refunds, exchanges, or reshipments once cookies leave our kitchen. This holds true even if:

• The flavor wasn't quite your thing
• The texture didn't match what you expected
• Delivery took longer than hoped
• Cookies were damaged in transit
• The carrier marked your package "delivered" but it never showed up

Shipping is the point where our cookies leave our hands and enter someone else's. Once that happens, the order is complete on our end.

That said, we stand behind our work. If something showed up wrong because we made a mistake, email us at hello@batchicookies.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll take a close look and do right by you where we can. Reaching out doesn't automatically mean a refund or replacement though, every case gets reviewed individually.

Our cookies are generously sized and we rotate the flavors every month! They are not gluten-free or vegan. Most flavors are made without nuts, but we produce in a commercial kitchen where nuts are present. Check out the Batchi Breakdown for the ingredient and allergen info.

We begin processing orders quickly after the drop closes, so we can't guarantee edits or cancellations. Reach out to hello@batchicookies.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately before your order ships.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
