Hi, I'm Emi, and I founded Batchi! We are a premium cookie company based in Austin, Texas. I make every cookie with my two hands using high-quality ingredients and I work out of a commercial kitchen.

We drop a limited batch every Saturday at 10am cst. Here's how it works:

Shipping: We ship nationwide with shipping already baked in the price. Orders are baked fresh and typically ship by Monday. Cookies stay fresh for up to 7 days from the ship date. We don't currently offer express shipping.

Local Pickup: Austin locals can choose local pickup at checkout for days when we do a local pop-up! Details on pop-ups will be on the Batchi Instagram

Our cookies are generously sized and we rotate the flavors every month! They are not gluten-free or vegan. Most flavors are made without nuts, but we produce in a commercial kitchen where nuts are present. Check out our flavor page for the ingredient and allergen info.

Store in an airtight container, or keep in sealed packaging, for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, microwave 5-10 seconds, or oven at 325°F for 3–5 minutes, or 8-10 min from frozen.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
