Hi I'm Emi, welcome to my cookie company's about section! lol... I started Batchi because I wanted people around the world (only US for now but I'm manifesting) to try my cookies! I started my baking journey in 2025 and have made hundreds of baking videos sharing my sweet treats with all of you. Now you can stop licking your screens and eat my cookies :)
